PREPARING FOR YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION

To ensure a smooth and successful portrait session, we ask for a clutter-free area—please move any furniture, plants, or other items from the space. The ideal backdrop is a solid wall, at least 10' x 9' (W x H), with no obstructions above (like chandeliers). Our photographer will be about 8-9' away from the setup, so the surrounding area should be open and clear for easy traffic flow and safety. In short, we need a 10' x 10' footprint with 10-11' of vertical clearance.

Also, please ensure there’s access to a power outlet for our equipment. If your session is outdoors, it must be fully covered to protect against elements like rain, wind, or sunlight. Outdoor setups are considered on a case-by-case basis.
